Tianjin CHENGKE Transmission Mechanical & Electrical Technology Co., Ltd (hereafter refer to CHENGKE Transmission) was registered in July 2000 in Tianjin Binhai New High-Tech Industrial Area with registered asset of 30 million yuan. CHENGKE was listed in the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) on July 2013 (Stock Code: 430257; Stock Name: CHENGKE Transmission). By pursuing the development concept of "proficiency, innovation, service and compatibility", CHENGKE has been engaging in providing innovative and systematic solutions for traditional transmission industry by developing new technology, new materials and digital methods. Through implanting the idea of environmental protection into traditional transmission industry, CHENGKE improved the level of environmental protection and civilized production within the traditional industry.

CHENGKE is dedicated to realize the service goal of "Guarantee your safe production". Until now CHENGKE has passed the ISO9001: 2000 Quality Management System Authentication and obtained "China National Industrial Products Manufacturing License" and "Mining Products Safety Manufacturing License" etc, meanwhile CHENGKE has become a membership of China Heavy Machinery Industry Association. Till the end of 2013, CHENGKE′s products and technology are widely used in hundreds of National Key Projects involving in the area of energy, port, metallurgy and building.

CHENGKE always pursues innovative development and regulated <Awarding Administrative Rules for Innovative R&D>. The annual technological investment shall not be less than 8% of its annual sales. Furthermore, CHENGKE has actively worked with Chinese Academy of Science, Tsinghua University, Tianjin University, Tianjin University of Technology and Tianjin Polytechnic University etc to solve difficult research problems within the field.

Till the end of 2013, CHENGKE has applied and obtained 81 patent authorizations, in which there are 21 invention patents.

CHENGKE has created a compatible atmosphere for each of its employees through scientific management method, active learning environment and long-time inspiring mechanism which helped many young employees to gradually become important professionals of sales, technology and production departments within the arena of CHENGKE. The average age is below 35 for the project manager team who helped CHENGKE contracting a lot of more than 600MW ultra supercritical generator set projects. Moreover, the research team of "The Technological Refinery Project for Transmission Equipment", which was listed in to the National Torch Plan by China Ministry of Technology in 2009, was young technological staff nurtured by CHENGKE itself.
